About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple store locations within the West Region. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and stakeholder management while ensuring seamless coordination between store teams and the Corporate HR function.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment for store-level positions including Crew Members, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds with Store Managers and Area Managers.
- Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires through the HRIS platform.
- Maintain an active database of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements for existing and upcoming store launches.
- Employee Relations & EngagementServe as the first point of contact for store employees regarding HR-related queries and grievances.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives across the region.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights to management for improving employee retention.
- Execute regional HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Conduct weekly onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Strengthen HR connect through regular store visits, employee connect sessions, and open-house discussions.
- Attendance & Payroll CoordinationVerify attendance records, leave management, and store rosters in coordination with Operations teams.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and timely submissions.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, HR trackers, and monthly HR reports for the region.
- Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training schedules and monitor employee participation.
- Partner with Store Managers to identify skill gaps and recommend development interventions.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and growth.
- Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the QSR, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes with hands-on experience in frontline recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.
