Job Description
Responsibilities:
Visit client sites regularly and monitor operations.
Supervise security guards and housekeeping staff.
Conduct attendance checks and maintain records.
Ensure security standards and company policies are followed.
Handle client concerns and provide operational support.
Prepare daily and weekly reports.
Coordinate with the operations manager regarding manpower requirements.
Perform surprise inspections and quality audits.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in operations, facility management, or security services.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to travel to multiple sites.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (adjust as needed)
