Collection Executive / Officer

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Collection Executive (Telecaller) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in debt collection or credit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, reminding them of outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM systems.
• Educate customers about billing details, payment terms, and consequences of non-payment.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Negotiate and finalize payment arrangements when required.
• Escalate complex cases to the senior team as per company policy.
• Achieve monthly and weekly collection targets.
• Adhere to compliance, confidentiality guidelines, and company protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller in collections/recovery (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling/CRM tools.
• Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
