Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Meet potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences
• Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers
• Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Good knowledge of local property market and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
