Job Description

Position: Project Data Coordinator (MIS & Reporting)

Location: Ranchi

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month

  • EligibilityDiploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • 3–5 years of experience in MIS, project documentation, construction reporting, or data analysis
  • Good knowledge of BOQ, DPR, Chainage, Advanced Excel, Word & Google Sheets
  • Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and verify site progress data (chainage-wise & BOQ-wise)
  • Prepare DPR, MIS, Dashboards, and Target vs Achievement reports
  • Coordinate with Project, QA/QC, Mechanical, Store, Billing & HR teams
  • Maintain project documentation, pending issues register, and progress photographs
  • SkillsStrong reporting and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with good coordination abilities
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining data accuracy
