Job Description
Job Summary:
Sigma Energy Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Backend Executive to join our Solar and DG (Diesel Generator) team. You will be responsible for managing essential paperwork, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth communication between our technical team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Preparing quotes, and technical project documents.
- Data Management: Organizing and updating digital and physical client files.
- Customer Follow-up: Proactively calling existing leads and customers for project updates or payment reminders.
- Coordination: Assisting the sales and field teams with backend support.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Previous experience in a backend or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
