Job Description
Check delivery items, quantities, and invoices before dispatch
Follow the assigned delivery route and schedule
Collect payments (if required) and maintain records
Get customer signatures/proof of delivery
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving
Report damaged, missing, or delayed items to the supervisor
Maintain daily delivery reports and stock records
