About the RoleAre you a skilled electrician who loves solving problems in the field? Do you want to move beyond basic electrical work and master PLC automation, advanced panel wiring, and smart control systems?
We are looking for a motivated Field Electrical Technician to handle the commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced water pumping and control systems. This is a highly dynamic role with company-provided transportation and a structured pathway to become an industrial automation expert.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCommissioning & Troubleshooting: Install, test, and troubleshoot submersible pumps, pressure pumps, and their associated control systems on-site.
- Panel Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve faults in VFD-based (Variable Frequency Drive) panels and microprocessor control panels.
- Field Operations: Travel to customer and project sites to provide high-quality electrical service and support.
- Customer Interaction: Assist clients with basic operational training after successful system commissioning.
- What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Proven experience working with submersible pumps, pressure pumps, and VFDs.
- Strong ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and troubleshoot microprocessor control panels.
- Comfortable with field-based work and daily travel.
- Valid driver’s license (essential, as a company vehicle is provided).
- A strong desire to learn, upskill, and transition into industrial automation.
