Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Department: Retail – Sales
Reports To: Team Leader
- Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Make cold calls and follow up with customers and leads.
- Assist walk-in customers and maintain their details in CRM.
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.
- Execute WhatsApp campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Collect market and competitor information and share insights during meetings.
- Reconnect with old customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and company policies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Desired Profile: Graduate (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply).
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales Support.
- Good communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Willing to work extended hours during peak season.
