Job Description
Job SummaryModern Paints is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Digital Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting the company's online presence and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, have strong organizational skills, and be comfortable creating and managing digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Maintaining daily accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and ledger balances.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and Chartered Accountant during audits.
- Maintain inventory and stock records in the accounting system.
- Process employee reimbursements and other accounting-related tasks.
Digital Marketing
- Handle companies indiamart and tradeindia accounts
- Replying to queries on platform and preparing performa Invoices.
