Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & SalesWelcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the apparel store.
  • Engage with customers to understand their style preferences, size requirements, and budget.
  • Actively guide customers through our collections, suggesting matching outfits, accessories, and alternatives (cross-selling and up-selling).
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, fabric types, and garment care to provide accurate product information.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly individual sales targets.
  • 2. Store Operations & Visual MerchandisingMaintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring apparel is neatly folded, hung properly, and arranged by size/color.
  • Assist in setting up window displays, mannequins, and promotional signage according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and replenish items from the trial rooms or stockroom as needed.
  • Keep the sales floor, trial rooms, and billing counter clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
