FMCG Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell FMCG products inside retail marts and supermarkets. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching customers, converting walk-in leads into sales, and ensuring excellent product visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Engage with customers visiting the mart and understand their product requirements.
• Promote FMCG products and convert customer interactions into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, shelf visibility, and proper merchandising.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and customers.
• Track customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily sales reports and inventory updates.

Requirements : -

• 0–2 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or in-store sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to convert walk-in customers into buyers.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in retail marts, supermarkets, and modern trade outlets.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in FMCG or retail sales.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and merchandising.
• Local Language is mandatory
