Job Title: Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft
Department: Sales
Location: A-70, first floor, sector-2, nearest metro station sector-15, Noida
Reports To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Job Summary The Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve business targets for personal loan and overdraft products. The role involves driving sales performance, coaching team members, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.
- Generate leads through various channels and support the team in customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for timely loan processing.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Personal Loan, Overdraft, or Retail Banking Sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Good knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
