Job Description:

We are hiring Collection Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves contacting customers with overdue accounts, collecting outstanding payments, and providing suitable repayment solutions while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone calls.
• Follow up on pending payments and encourage timely repayments.
• Negotiate repayment plans based on company guidelines.
• Update customer and payment records accurately in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain professional communication and comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
