Auto Driver Recruitment Associate
Location: Mumbai (Field Job)
About the Role
We are looking for a Field Executive to help onboard auto drivers with Uber. Your job is to meet drivers, guide them through the onboarding process, and help them start earning by completing their trips.
Responsibilities
Meet and connect with auto drivers on field.
Explain the benefits of driving with Uber.
Help drivers complete the onboarding and activation process.
Follow up with drivers until they complete their first five trip.
Resolve basic issues and answer driver questions.
Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Requirements
10th/12th pass .
Experience as a Sales Executive or Field Executive is preferred.
Good communication and people skills.
Comfortable working in the field.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of Uber or similar platforms is a plus.
Work Location
Field-based role in Mumbai.
Flexible working hours based on business needs.
