Job Description
Inbound Customer Support (Voice Process)
- Handle Inbound Calls: Assist retail customers with queries regarding their active Toyota car loans, interest rates, and loan statements. [
- Loan Servicing Support: Address customer queries regarding EMI payments, bounce charges, repayment schedule updates, and loan tenure extensions.
- Closure Processes: Guide customers through the documentation required for loan foreclosure, pre-closure, and obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Maintain Metrics: Achieve specific daily targets for Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Video KYC (VKYC) & Customer Onboarding
- Live Video Verification: Conduct secure, real-time video calls with auto-loan applicants to verify their identity and complete the digital onboarding process.
- Document Authentication: Verify original physical documents displayed on-camera, including PAN card, Aadhaar card, and signature match.
- Liveliness & Geo-Tagging Checks: Perform right-party verification (RPV), match live customer faces with document photographs, and record mandatory geographic coordinates.
