🔹 Sales Executive – B2B Industrial Sales
Company: Lubricant Solutions (Industrial Lubricant Distributor)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (travel to nearby industrial clusters)
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales
Role Overview:
Drive direct sales of industrial lubricants (hydraulic oils, gear oils, greases, specialty fluids) to manufacturing units in textile, auto parts, engineering, and allied industries. The role involves building relationships with plant managers, maintenance heads, and purchase decision-makers, with a solution-based selling approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients through field visits, referrals, and industrial cluster mapping
• Build long-term partnerships with plant heads, maintenance managers, and purchase teams
• Conduct oil trials, technical audits, and application guidance
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets; convert 25%+ leads into confirmed orders
• Cover Ludhiana and nearby areas (Mandi Gobindgarh, Jalandhar, Khanna)
• Track competitor activity and provide market feedback
Required Profile:
• 2–5 years in B2B sales (industrial products, lubricants, auto parts, or engineering supplies preferred)
• Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical) or MBA/BBA
• Strong field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with daily travel; fluent in Hindi & English
