Job SummaryHotel AK Suites, Patiala, is looking for a hardworking, responsible, and hygienic Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, worktables, and storage areas.
• Help in receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen supplies properly.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper food storage practices.
• Assist in maintaining stock and inform the senior kitchen staff about shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, parties, and banquet functions.
• Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Management.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Kitchen Helper is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers who are willing to learn may also apply.
• Must be hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling is preferred.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts as per hotel requirements.
