Hiring: English cum SST Teacher (Part-Time / Full-Time)


MINSHE Academy is looking for passionate, energetic, and technology-friendly teachers to join our Online Learning Team.

  • SalaryFixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
  • Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month

ClassesClass 1 – Class 10 (CBSE, ICSE & State Board)


  • EligibilityGraduate/Postgraduate in English, History, Geography, or related discipline
  • B.Ed. preferred (not mandatory)
  • Prior online or offline teaching experience preferred
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong command over English Grammar and Social Science concepts
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students
  • Good classroom management and student interaction skills
  • Comfortable using online teaching platforms

Technical RequirementsCandidates must have:

  • Laptop/Desktop
  • Pen Tablet (Pentab)
  • Stable High-Speed Internet Connection
  • Webcam & Headset (Preferred)
  • ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging live online classes
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and worksheets
  • Assess students through tests and regular evaluations
  • Resolve student doubts and provide academic support
  • Maintain class records and student progress reports
  • Coordinate with the academic team and attend training sessions when required
