Job Type: Full-Time
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers from company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers until the order is closed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and monthly sales targets.
- RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
