Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations, coordinate with drivers and customers, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily deliveries and dispatch schedules.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and transport vendors.
  • Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch records.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain delivery reports using MS Excel and ERP software.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for smooth operations.

  • 0–2 years of experience in delivery, dispatch, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM software.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
