Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Stay updated on Service knowledge and company offerings.

Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
