Job Description – Sales Manager (Individual Role)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSA & Open Market channels

 Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, brokers, builders, and

connectors

 Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the local market network

 Handle end-to-end sales process including lead generation, customer acquisition,

documentation, and login

 Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth case disbursement

 Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines

 Provide regular MIS, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management

 Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Candidate Profile:

 Minimum 2+ years experience in Home Loan / LAP sales

 Strong knowledge of Pune open market & DSA channel

 Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

 Self-driven and target-oriented professional
