Field Executive

Job Title: Field Executive - Payment Collection & Customer Service

Department: Collections/Customer Service

Reports To: Team Leader/Supervisor

Job Summary:

This role involves actively engaging with customers in the field to collect outstanding payments and provide excellent customer service. The Field Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, resolving payment issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Collection:Visit customer premises to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement options with customers.
• Educate customers on payment terms and conditions.
• Handle cash and cheque payments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections and customer interactions.
• Customer Service:Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information and guidance to customers on account status and payment options.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to higher authorities when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Fieldwork:Travel to customer locations within assigned territory.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities.
• Maintain proper safety and security measures during field visits.
• Administrative Tasks:Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
• Assist in the implementation of new collection strategies.
