Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Handling
  • Collect purchase orders from customers
  • Verify machine specifications, quantity, and delivery terms
  • Enter order details in the system accurately
  • Coordination with China Team
  • Share complete order details with the China office by mail or WhatsApp
  • Update the China team on any changes (specification, quantity, payment terms, etc.)
  • Follow up for production status, delivery dates, and shipment schedules
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and order status reports
  • Maintain order files and tracking sheets
  • Handle customers' inquiries, follow-ups, and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales orders, and communication logs.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other necessary documents.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to sales coordination
