Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Office Adminstrator to supervise daily support operations of our company and implement efficient administrative procedures. Main duties include preparing regular reports (e.g. sales & expenses), monitor staff performance and organizing company records.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Tracking, verifying and validating all staff sales reports
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Assist management to Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendors
  • Interact with immediate team and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks & reports
  • Handle Billing related tasks & Renewals
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
  • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Maintain and update company databases

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) & G-Suite
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail & analytical mind
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Working Days - Mon-Sat 11-8pm / Sun 9-6pm & Tuesday Off
