Warehouse Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.  Retail Store Operations 

• Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally  
• Guide customers regarding products, pricing, and offers  
• Handle billing and POS counter operations  
• Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the retail outlet  
• Support daily sales activities and customer service  

2. Online Order Management 

• Pack and dispatch online marketplace and website orders accurately  
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and packaging quality  
• Coordinate with courier partners for shipment handovers  
• Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking updates  
• Conduct quality checks before dispatch  

3. Warehouse & Inventory Handling 

• Manage stock movement between warehouse and retail store  
• Organize products systematically in warehouse/storage area  
• Support inventory counting and stock verification  
• Ensure proper stock handling and storage practices  
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability  
• Help maintain operational efficiency in warehouse activities  

4. Billing & Administrative Work 

• Prepare invoices and bills using POS/software or Excel  
• Maintain basic Excel sheets for sales, stock, and dispatch records  
• Update operational and inventory-related reports  
• Assist management in day-to-day operational coordination  

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED 

Candidate Requirements 

Mandatory Skills 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel  
• Basic computer handling knowledge  
• Experience in warehouse/store handling or inventory management  
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi 
• Ability to handle customers professionally  
• Attention to detail and organized working style 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Prior experience in retail store, warehouse operations, packing, dispatch, or billing  
• Experience in bags, fashion accessories, retail, or FMCG industry preferred  
• Comfortable handling physical operational work when required
