Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Faridabad & South Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + PF + Insurance + Travel Allowance + Official SIM Card + Laptop Reimbursement

Role Overview - We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who thrives in a fast-paced field sales environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, high energy, and the ability to generate and convert leads effectively.

• Key Responsibilities - Conduct daily minimum 7 fixed meetings with SMB clients looking for manpower solutions.
• Identify and approach potential clients in the Faridabad & South Delhi region.
• Deliver professional presentations to clients using a laptop.
• Build strong client relationships and close deals effectively.
• Generate leads through 100 call attempts between 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and convert them into meetings.
• Maintain daily activity tracking and ensure alignment with company processes.
• Demonstrate strong logical thinking and on-the-spot problem-solving ability.
• Consistently achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IQ level with the ability to create instant logic and solutions.
• Presentable personality and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in the field from 9 AM to 7 PM.
• Must be target-driven with a strong hunger for incentives and growth.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high daily productivity.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM discipline is preferred.
