About the CompanyReachwell Worldwide Express is a rapidly growing logistics company specializing in express cargo, part-load, and full truckload transportation across India. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual who can support our dispatch operations while also driving company vehicles whenever required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily dispatch and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records and shipment documentation.
• Load, unload, and arrange shipments for dispatch.
• Ensure timely movement of vehicles as per dispatch schedules.
• Drive company vehicles (medium and heavy commercial vehicles) whenever required.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries in and around Pune.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance checks.
• Report vehicle issues or breakdowns immediately.
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Support office and operational activities as assigned by the management.
• EligibilityValid LMV/HMV/Transport Driving License.
• Experience in driving medium or heavy commercial vehicles preferred.
• Basic understanding of logistics and transport operations.
• Physically fit and willing to perform operational duties.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
• Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of routes in Pune and nearby industrial areas.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to maintain dispatch records.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Google Maps, etc.).

Working HoursAs this is an operational role, the candidate is expected to stay at the company-provided accommodation and be available to support dispatch activities and driving requirements as per operational needs. Weekly off and leave will be provided as per company policy.
