Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new interior projects by building relationships with premium builders, architects, consultants, and individual home buyers.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities for interior projects.


Meet premium builders, architects, and project consultants.


Visit project sites and identify new leads.


Develop relationships with builder sales teams and CRM teams.


Conduct client meetings and close sales.


Achieve monthly sales targets.


Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.


Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Interior, Construction, Real Estate, or Building Materials sales.


Strong communication and negotiation skills.


Two-wheeler is mandatory.


Willing to travel across Chennai.
