Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
•Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executives within the organization.
•Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director.
•Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis related to sales performance, pipeline management, and other key metrics.
•Manage and maintain Sales MIS, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of sales data, forecasts, and other relevant information.
•Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the Managing Director and Sales leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
•Collaborate with Sales Operations and other departments to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of data collection and reporting.
•Assist in the coordination and execution of sales projects and initiatives as needed.
•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream from a reputed college or University.
Fluent in English and Computers (Excel, Used a CRM, Calendar, Presentations, Zoom Calls).
Preferred Skills
•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives in a sales-driven organization.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organization.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights to support decision-making.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
