Job Description – Women Football CoachPositionWomen Football Coach

LocationBengaluru (North, East & South Bengaluru – including Peenya, Jalahalli, KR Puram, Varthur, Sarjapur, HSR Layout, Koramangala, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Banashankari, and nearby areas)

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Women Football Coaches to train and mentor girls in government schools across Bengaluru. Coaches will deliver football sessions during school hours while promoting teamwork, confidence, leadership, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct football coaching sessions for girls studying in Grades 6–10.
• Travel to assigned government schools as per the coaching schedule.
• Deliver the football curriculum effectively and safely.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure child safety and follow all programme guidelines.
• Coordinate with school staff and programme teams when required.
• Eligibility CriteriaFemale candidates with a passion for football coaching.
• D License or C License holders are preferred.
• Prior coaching experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to schools within assigned locations.

Head Coach OpportunitiesApplications are also invited from candidates with D or C License and head coaching experience for Head Coach positions in Bengaluru to lead and manage the coaching team.

Employment Details

• Location: Bengaluru
• Programme Duration: June 2026 – February 2027
• Working Hours: Flexible, ranging from 2 mornings per week to 6 days per week, including Saturdays.
• Compensation: Paid position (salary will be discussed during the selection process).

TrainingSelected candidates will receive training in:

• Football curriculum delivery
• Child safety
• Inclusive coaching for children on the autism spectrum
• Documents RequiredAadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Bank Account in the candidate's name (salary will be transferred through bank with applicable TDS deductions)
