5. Perform sample cold calls after training.
6. ट्रेनिंग के बाद Sample Cold Calls करें।
7. Send call recordings to the HR Department.
8. Call Recordings HR Department को भेजें।
9. HR will check communication, confidence and sales skills.
10. HR कम्युनिकेशन, आत्मविश्वास एवं सेल्स स्किल का मूल्यांकन करेगा।
11. Suitable candidates will be selected.

13. After selection, a Team Leader will be assigned.

• Cancelled, fake, duplicate, returned or undelivered orders will not be counted.

• Cancelled, Fake, Duplicate, Returned या Undelivered Orders नहीं गिने जाएंगे।

• False promises, guarantees or misleading product claims are prohibited.

• झूठे वादे, गारंटी या भ्रामक प्रोडक्ट दावे करना मना है।

• Salary, incentives and rewards are subject to verification and company policy.

• Initial joining will be on a training and evaluation basis.
