Performance Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Ayurveda and/or cosmetic products.

Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi

🕒 Working Schedule

• 6 Days Working
• 9 Hours Shift

💰 Salary

• Open (Depends on current/last drawn salary & experience)

📌 Experience Required

• 2 to 5 Years in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns with focus on ROI, ROAS, and conversions
• Run ads for e-commerce / D2C brands, preferably in Ayurveda or cosmetic/beauty segment
• Test and scale ad creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to improve ad performance
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong experience in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Good understanding of performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA
• Experience in Ayurveda / skincare / cosmetic industry preferred
• Knowledge of retargeting, scaling campaigns, and audience segmentation
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
