Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Technical IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and other channels.
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
* Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
* Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
