Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing property deals. This role involves frequent site visits, so owning a 2-wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through fieldwork, calls, and referrals

Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements

Conduct site visits and explain property features and benefits

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly

Keep records of client interactions and sales activities

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [Graduate]

Experience in real estate sales is preferred (freshers can apply)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
