Job Description
IT - Admin Job Description :
IT Support: Assist with basic IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, devices, and providing user support for common applications and systems.
Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create complex formulas, and generate detailed reports. Develop and maintain spreadsheets for various business needs.
Creative Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to address IT challenges and improve existing processes. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Mailing & Communication: Handle email communications professionally and promptly. Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication in English.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain IT documentation such as system guides and troubleshooting procedures. Prepare and present reports on IT performance and other relevant metrics.
