Job Description

Bella Moda is looking for a proactive and organized B2B Sales Executive to manage leads, follow up with customers, support order processing, and coordinate dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase and manage B2B leads from IndiaMART and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Contact potential customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into orders.
  • Maintain and update lead status, customer details, and sales records in Excel or CRM.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, and order confirmation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Track dispatched orders and update customers on delivery status.
  • Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.

Support management with administrative and sales-related tasks.
