We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.

Basic requirement: Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking, knowledge of MS Excel with V Lookup, PIVO Table, Spread sheet, Table sum Formulas & Microsoft Outlook Emails, also Team Building and managing 50 + Technician.

1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Schedule and execute routine inspections, testing, and servicing of all security hardware and software to prevent unexpected failures
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical faults, hardware malfunctions, or network connectivity issues across various security zones.
• System Upgrades: Plan and execute firmware and software updates for access control databases, NVRs/DVRs, and IP cameras to secure against vulnerabilities.

2. Team Leadership and Operations

• Staff Supervision: Lead a team of in-house technicians or maintenance staff, assign daily work orders, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ticket Management: Oversee service requests using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or ticketing system to track incident history and resolution times.
• On-Call Coverage: Manage shift schedules and ensure 24/7 technical  Manage shift schedules and ensure 24/7 technical support coverage for critical security emergencies.

3. Vendor and Asset Management

• Contractor Relations: Negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage external vendors for highly specialized repairs or large-scale system overhauls. [
• Inventory Control: Monitor the stock of spare parts, cables, sensors, and replacement hardware to ensure immediate availability during repairs.

4. Compliance and Safety

• Security Audits: Conduct regular site walkthroughs and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure all security system & Fire protection and perimeter breaches are addressed.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all life-safety and security systems comply with local building codes and industry regulations.

5. Budgeting and Reporting

• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, balancing repair costs against the need for capital replacement.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance interventions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
