Relationship Manager – Life Insurance

We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Life Insurance to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through referrals, local marketing activities, direct sales, and digital platforms.

Contact qualified prospects through calls, meetings, social media, and virtual channels.

Explain life insurance products clearly and provide need-based recommendations.

Follow up regularly with interested customers and support them through the policy issuance process.

Maintain accurate lead and customer details in LMS/VYMO.

Ensure all documents and procedural requirements are complete and correct.

Service existing customers and manage renewals and persistency targets.

Track pending policies and coordinate for timely issuance.

Submit daily activity and lead-status reports to the supervisor.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of work experience.

Freshers may apply; candidates with at least 6 months of experience in life insurance sales, retail banking, cooperative banking, DSA relationships, or channel management will be preferred.

Good communication, customer handling, negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Comfortable using digital platforms and lead-management systems.

Strong customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
