Job Title: Junior AI Automation & Growth Associate

Work Location: Sec-2, Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹5.4 – ₹7.2 LPA


About the Role-

Moti Packaging Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior AI Automation & Growth Associate who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Business Process Improvement.

This is a practical implementation role where you'll build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions to improve sales, marketing, manufacturing, HR, and business operations.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Build workflow automations using n8n,Make, Zapier, Zoho, APIs, and Webhooks
  • Automate repetitive business processes across Sales, HR, Production, and MIS
  • Develop AI assistants, dashboards, and internal tools
  • Integrate CRM, WhatsApp, Email, and Google Sheets
  • Create AI-powered content, presentations, and lead-generation workflows
  • Work with different departments to understand and automate business processes
  • Test, monitor, and maintain automation systems
  • Train employees on newly developed tools

Required Skills-

  • Experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier
  • Good knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude,Gemini, or other AI tools
  • Understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON
  • Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills-

  • Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator / Zoho Analytics
  • Dashboard creation
  • Basic web application development
  • GitHub portfolio or live projects
