The Candidate should be young, enthusiastic energetic and has a passion for sales. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills and a background in the rubber industry is must.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Managing B2B sales operations and activities.

2.     Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

3.     Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

4.     Prepare and deliver appropriate information on products and services.

5.     Overseeing the customer service process.

6.     Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

7.     Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase various products and services.

8.     Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

9.     Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

10.   Ensure the availability of stock for sales.

11.   Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints/feedback and share with management.

12.   Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

13.   Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.

14.   On-board customers and keep the communication alive.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education                            : -        Bachelor’s degree

Software Knowledge                            : -        Accounting Software, Microsoft Office,  G Suite

Minimum Experience                           : -        1 year in Plastic Industry
