About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and energetic Personal Trainers who can help members achieve their fitness goals through customized workout plans, continuous motivation, and exceptional coaching. The ideal candidate should possess strong fitness knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations and assess members' health, fitness levels, and goals.
• Design and deliver personalized training programs based on individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions with proper exercise technique and safety.
• Track member progress and modify workout plans accordingly.
• Educate members on exercise execution, recovery, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve engagement and retention.
• Promote and sell Personal Training packages to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Generate leads and convert trial sessions into paid Personal Training memberships.
• Ensure high member satisfaction by delivering a premium fitness experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper usage of gym equipment.
• Follow all company SOPs, operational guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and Operations team to improve member experience.

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training (ACE, ACSM, NASM, K11, Gold's Gym, ISSA, or equivalent preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or Fitness (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer (freshers with certifications are encouraged to apply).
• CPR & First Aid certification is an added advantage.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
• Expertise in strength training, functional training, weight management, and mobility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a motivational personality.
• Sales orientation and ability to achieve PT revenue targets.
• Good grooming, professionalism, and high energy levels.
• Passion for fitness and continuous learning.
