Job Description
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio (opening, closing, cleanliness & upkeep).
2. Visit project sites regularly and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors & labour for smooth project execution.
4. Track material deliveries, pickups and logistics between vendors, office & sites.
5. Take site measurements and assist with basic quality checks before execution.
6. Capture site progress through photos/videos and maintain proper documentation.
7. Manage office repairs, maintenance and ensure all facilities are functioning smoothly.
8. Maintain inventory of samples, catalogues, office supplies and assets.
9. Assist with client meetings, courier work, banking and other administrative tasks.
10. Share a daily update covering site progress, vendor status, pending issues and next day's plan.
