Safsafaiwala.com is a fast-growing home cleaning services marketplace connecting customers with verified cleaning professionals. We're live in Pune and Mumbai, and expanding into Delhi-NCR.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound customer leads/enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Schedule and manage field visit to confirm commercial booking.
- Call and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and app notifications
- Explain services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Handle objections and close the sale (schedule the booking)
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth post-booking service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM
- Meet daily/weekly conversion and revenue targets
- Upsell additional services where relevant (add-ons, greater packages etc.)
Who we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, or customer support (BPO background preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language a plus)
- Comfortable making outbound/inbound calls all day
- Basic smartphone and computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools)
- Target-driven and comfortable with incentive-based pay structure
