Job Description
About the Company:
We are a premier manufacturer of high-grade moisture control and desiccant solutions. Our product portfolio includes specialized Desiccant Sachets (Silica Gel, Activated Clay, SAP, SAG, Activated Carbon, and custom blends). We cater heavily to manufacturing units across the Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Food Packaging, Textile, and Logistics sectors to protect goods from moisture damage. We are expanding our footprint and looking for aggressive B2B Sales Executives to join us immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new industrial clients, manufacturers, and bulk packaging distributors.
- Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Research and map out target industries (Pharma, Electronics, Garments, Food) to locate procurement and purchase managers.
- Technical Product Pitching: Educate prospective clients on the superior absorption capabilities, moisture-retention rates, and cost-efficiency of our silica gel and clay sachets.
- Sampling & Conversion: Coordinate the delivery of product samples to client factories for testing and successfully convert trials into bulk commercial orders.
- Key Account Management: Maintain consistent post-sale relationships with corporate clients to secure recurring monthly contract renewals.
- Competitor Intelligence: Keep track of market prices, competitor offerings, and industry trends to pitch our products competitively.
