Data Entry Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company software and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
• Review and correct data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or office administration (Freshers can also apply).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
