The Advocate will work Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and will be responsible for handling client legal matters end-to-end across LexSphere's verticals, including corporate advisory, labour and employment law, compliance, contracts, and legal notices, always representing the firm's institutional voice rather than any individual branding. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal notices, contracts, and compliance documents, conducting client consultations under the "diagnosis free, prescription paid" intake model, and managing escalation matters through the standard path of legal notice, HR escalation, authority complaint, and court as a last resort. The Advocate will also manage WhatsApp-based client intake and follow-ups, communicating in Hinglish for domestic clients and English for international clients, while maintaining case files, tracking matter status, and reporting progress regularly. Support for due diligence work in property, corporate, and employment matters is expected, along with staying current on labour law, the POSH Act, and banking or financial dispute mechanisms.

The ideal candidate holds an LL.B and is enrolled with a State Bar Council, with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience preferred, though freshers may be considered for roles linked to LexSphere Academy. Strong drafting skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish are essential, along with comfort in high-volume, WhatsApp-first client communication. The Advocate reports into firm leadership and coordinates with the content and design team for client-facing collateral when needed, maintaining a paragraph-based, senior-advocate tone in all client communication.
