Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming calls and enquiries regarding toys, product details, and pricing.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally with a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable options based on customer needs.
  • Route specific queries to the respective sales or service teams.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and generate bills/invoices accurately.
  • Support walk-in or online customers when needed.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
