Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Job Summary: The HR Operations role ensures smooth day-to-day HR processes for all employees. You’ll handle payroll coordination, joining/exit formalities, data management, compliance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Lifecycle Manage onboarding: documentation, offer letters, induction, ID cards Handle exits: resignation processing, F&F, experience/relieving letters, exit interviews

2. Payroll & Attendance Operations Coordinate monthly payroll with finance team Manage attendance, shifts, overtime, leave records in HRMS Ensure timely PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory deductions

3. Data & HRMS Management Maintain and update employee database in HRMS Generate reports: headcount, joining, attrition, MIS reports for management Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

4. Compliance & Documentation Maintain employee personnel files and statutory registers Ensure compliance with Labour Laws: PF Act, ESI Act, Contract Labour, Shops & Establishment Support audits and legal requirements,

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, Commerce, or related field.
